If the problem is going to be time consuming and a charge does have to be applied (we are a business too), we will discuss it with you first and give you a fixed cost. We don't charge for forty hour blocks of assistance. As above, we will help out if we can. We don't have a fixed term guarantee on our work. If there is a problem with our code or any other work we have completed, we will fix it, regardless of how much time has passed. We will work outside normal business hours (at normal rates and charges if applicable) to make sure you do not have downtime during your business hours.
